Mayor Nguyen called the Special Meeting Closed Session of the City Council/Successor Agency to the Westminster Redevelopment Agency Meeting to order at 10: 08 a. m., on Thursday, October 30, 2025, via In-Person, at the Council Chambers, 8200 W. Westminster Boulevard, Westminster, California.
