CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Nguyen called the Special Meeting/Closed Session of the City Council/Successor Agency to the Westminster Redevelopment Agency Meeting to order at 3:44 p.m., on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, via In-Person, at the City Council Chambers, 8200 Westminster Boulevard, Westminster, California.

Interim Assistant City Clerk Ramirez announced a quorum of the City Council present.

1. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FOR CLOSED SESSION
The following individual spoke under oral communications Closed Session:
1. Nguyen Hung, commented that he respects the legal process and procedures and asked whether the City Attorney and City Manager had received his formal complaint.

The Mayor and the City Council left the dais and entered into Closed Session at 3:47

City Attorney Porter noted that the Mayor and City Council met under Closed Session, discussed the item listed on the Special Meeting agenda, and took no reportable action.
COUNCIL ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Nguyen adjourned the meeting at 3:58 p.m. on Wednesday, April 22, 2026 to a Regular Meeting to be held on Wednesday, April 22, 2026 at 6:00 p.m.
