The City Council of the City of Westmorland met in Special Meeting in City Hall on Tuesday, July 26, 2022 at 6:03PM. Mayor Xavier Mendez called the meeting in order at 6:03PM and City Treasurer Teri Nava led the invocation.
Present at time of roll call:

− Mayor Pro - Tem Ana Beltran
− Council Man Ray Gutierrez *Via Conference Call.
− Council Woman Justina Cruz
− City Clerk Christine Pisch.
Absent:
− Council Woman Judith Rivera.
− City Attorney Mitch Driskill
Council, Staff & Consultants - Discussion/Action:
I. Discussion/Action: EMERGENCY Approval on City Hall AC Unit(s) by, Tami Castro (City Hall Supervisor). Mrs. Castro presented to City Council five Bids for the City Hall AC Unit, the Council discussed and reviewed the following Bids: Desert Air, M Z Air Conditioning, HVAC (Ron Davis), Loose Wire Electric & Air Inc. and Sierra Air. After reviewal of the potential Bids, Council approved for the contractor Loose Wire Electric & Air Inc to make all repairs to the Westmorland City Hall AC Unit. Motioned by Councilwoman Mrs. Cruz second by Mayor Pro- Tem Mrs. Beltran. Approved 4-0.
