The meeting was called to order at 6pm by Mayor Rivera.

• Police Department – Chief Lynn Mara, Chief Mara mentions that he doesn’t have anything to report but to thank the city for giving hm the opportunity in becoming the Police Chief of the City of Westmorland. • City Manager- Laura Fischer, prepared a written report that was presented. • Public Works Director - Ramiro Barajas, Mr. Barajas reported that the Water Treatment Plant valves are in process in the project, the restroom project is finally completed, he and Laura are currently working on the consumer confidence report due before the beginning of the following month.
