5.1 Consideration and Adoption of Resolution Amending the Master Fee Schedule - Res. 26-01 Comments by Unidentified Speaker, Jim Buck
Public Hearing Closed: 6:17 p.m.
Motion to approve the Master Fee Schedule as recommended by staff made by Councilmember McIntosh.
Substitute Motion to approve the Master Fee Schedule as recommended by staff but excluding the proposed alteration to fees related to Community Center rentals made by Mayor Teter and seconded by Councilmember Brian Abe.

Council Comment: Council asked Staff to return with bids and a revised rental contract related to the proposed Community Center cleaning fee for an upcoming meeting.

6.1 Mitigation Fee Act (AB 1600) Report for Fiscal Year 2025 - Res. 26-02 Motion to approve the resolution for the Mitigation Fee Act Report for FY 2025 made by Councilmember Brian Abe and Seconded by Councilmember John Abe.

6.2 Fiscal Year 2025 Audited Financial Report - Presented and received by Council.
6.3 City Council Reorganization – Selection of Mayor and Vice Mayor Vice Mayor McIntosh nominated Councilmember Coe for Mayor, Seconded by Mayor Teter.
Councilmember B. Abe nominated Vice Mayor McIntosh to remain in the Vice Mayor seat, Seconded by J. Abe. The Council then voted on the proposed nominations.

Council Comment: Request made by Mayor Teter to have future selections made in a December meeting.
6.4 City Council Committee and Board Appointments
Council agreed to leave appointmentsto Committee's and Board's as they are, and recommended Rob Alfred as representative to the Yuba County Historical Resources Commission. Staff will reach out to Mr. Alfred.
