Item 8.1 - City Council unanimously approved a Settlement Agreement with the William and Corline Roberts Trust, authorizing a total compensation of $32,000 for easements required for the Wheatland Regional Sewer Construction Project, including credit for gate installation and compensation for a temporary loss of property enjoyment.
