8.1 Conference with Legal Counsel-Existing Litigation Pursuant to California Government Code 54956.9 City of Wheatland v. Royal Lands, LLC, et al. (Yuba County Superior Court) No. CVED26-00298 Reconvened from Closed Session at 7:28 with the following reportable action; The Deputy City Attorney reported that the City Council unanimously took action in closed session to approve a settlement agreement in the amount of $315,000.00 with Royal Lands, LLC, concerning the acquisition of a permanent pipeline easement and a three (3) year temporary construction easements over Yuba County Assessor’s Parcel Nos. 015-100-052, 015-110-001, and 015-150-045.
