CALL TO ORDER - CLOSED SESSION
The Whittier City Council met in Closed Session on March 8, 2022. Mayor Vinatieri called the meeting to order at 5:31 p.m. in the Administration Conference Room of Whittier City Hall, 13230 Penn Street, Whittier, California.

6. CLOSED SESSION REPORT
City Attorney Jones at the Regular Meeting of March 8, 2022 stated that there was nothing to report, but since Closed Session was not completed, the City Council would return to Closed Session after the regular session. City Attorney Jones also indicated Mayor Vinatieri declared a conflict of interest regarding the Alpha Beta Properties.

Mayor Vinatieri adjourned the meeting at 5:59 p.m.
