CALL TO ORDER - CLOSED SESSION
Mayor Vinatieri called the Regular Session to order at 5:03 p.m. in the Admin Conference Room of Whittier City Hall, 13230 Penn Street, Whittier, CA 90602.

CONSENSUS
By consensus, the City Council approved the agenda as posted.

5.A. Board and Commission Interviews and Appointments
Recommendation:
1) Interview selected Parks, Recreation and Community Services Commission and Art in Public Places Advisory Committee applicants; 2) Appoint two (2) members to the Parks, Recreation and Community Services Commission for terms ending July 1, 2027; and
3) Appoint one (1) member to the Art in Public Places Advisory Committee for a term ending July 1, 2027.
The City Council interviewed the following individuals and deliberated on appointments:

CONSENSUS
By majority consensus, the City Council appointed Wayne Hao and Victoria Pacheco to the Parks, Recreation and Community Services Commission for terms expiring on July 1, 2027, and Michael Medina to the Art in Public Places Advisory Committee for a term ending on July 1, 2027.
