1. CALL TO ORDER - CLOSED SESSION
The Whittier City Council met in Special Session on March 25, 2025. Mayor Vinatieri called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. in the Admin Committee Room of Whittier City Hall, 13230 Penn Street, Whittier, California.

Javier Garcia provided an in-person public comment regarding the police department.
