These materials will be provided to the City Council after the meeting and uploaded to the public record the following day.

We ask all participants to engage respectfully so the meeting can proceed in an orderly manner. While the First Amendment protects a broad range of speech, the City may intervene in cases of true threats, incitement, or an actual disruption of the meeting.
