We ask all participants to engage respectfully so the meeting can proceed in an orderly manner. While the First Amendment protects a broad range of speech, the City may intervene in cases of true threats, incitement, or an actual disruption of the meeting.
Disruptive conduct includes behavior that actually impedes the conduct of the meeting. Persons causing a disruption will be warned once that further disruptions will result in removal as permitted by law.
