CALL TO ORDER
The Special Meeting of the Wildomar City Council was called to order by Mayor Moore at 5:00 p.m.
ROLL CALL
Members in attendance:
Bridgette Moore, Ashlee DePhillippo, Carlos Marquez, Joseph Morabito, and Dustin Nigg Members absent:
None.
Staff in attendance: City Manager York, City Attorney Jex, City Clerk Morales, Community Development Director Bassi, Economic Development Director Davidson, Administrative Services Director Schrader, Public Works Director Farag, Human Resources and Risk Manager Wolf and Finance Manager Jantz.

The flag salute was led by Councilmember Nigg.

2024 General Municipal Election - Option to Appoint to Office and Cancel the General Municipal Election in District 2 Councilmember Nigg recused himself due to a potential conflict of interest.
City Clerk Morales presented the staff report.
Councilmember Nigg provided public comment.
Moved by Joseph Morabito; seconded by Carlos Marquez to Adopt a Resolution entitled:
RESOLUTION NO. 2024 - 55
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WILDOMAR, CALIFORNIA, PROVIDING FOR THE APPOINTMENT TO THE OFFICE OF THIS CITY THAT WERE TO BE ELECTED ON TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 5, 2024 IN DISTRICT 2.
Motion Approved: 4 - 0
Voting For: Bridgette Moore, Ashlee DePhillippo, Carlos Marquez, Joseph Morabito Voting Against: None

ADJOURN THE CITY COUNCIL MEETING
