The Adjourned Regular Session was called to order by Mayor DePhillippo at 6:00 p.m.

The Regular Closed Session was called to order by Mayor DePhillippo at 6:03 p.m.

There were no public comments.
CLOSED SESSION
The City Council will meet in closed session pursuant to the provisions of Government Code section 54957(b) regarding Public Employee Performance Evaluation.

RECONVENE INTO OPEN SESSION
The City Council reconvened into open session at 8:30 p.m. with all members present.

City Attorney Jex stated there were no reportable actions.
ADJOURN THE ADJOURNED REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AND CLOSED SESSION There being no further business, Mayor DePhillippo adjourned the Adjourned Regular Session and Closed Session at 8:30 p.m.
