CALL TO ORDER - SPECIAL CLOSED SESSION MEETING
The Special Closed Session was called to order by Mayor DePhillippo at 6:00 p.m.

Ashlee DePhillippo, Carlos Marquez, Bridgette Moore, Joseph Morabito, and Dustin Nigg Members absent:
None.
Staff in attendance: City Attorney Jex and City Clerk/ Acting City Manager Morales
PUBLIC COMMENTS - CLOSED SESSION
There were no public comments.
CLOSED SESSION
The City Council will meet in closed session pursuant to the provisions of Government Code section 54957 regarding Public Employee Appointment Title: Interim City Manager
RECONVENE INTO OPEN SESSION
The City Council reconvened into open session at 7:20 p.m. with all members present.
ANNOUNCEMENTS
City Attorney Jex stated that the City Council met in closed session with respect to the item on the Closed Session agenda and the City Council provided additional direction to the City Attorney with respect to the Interim City Manager employment agreement for Chris Mann which is currently scheduled for the May 14. 2025 City Council Meeting.
ADJOURN THE SPECIAL CLOSED SESSION MEETING
There being no further business, Mayor DePhillippo adjourned the Special Closed Session at 7:21 p.m.
