CALL TO ORDER – ADJOURNED REGULAR SESSION - 4:15 P.M.
The Adjourned Regular Session was called to order by Mayor DePhillippo at 4:15 p.m.

Staff in attendance: Interim City Manager Mann, City Attorney Jex, and City Clerk Morales.

CALL TO ORDER – CLOSED SESSION
The Adjourned Regular Closed Session was called to order by Mayor DePhillippo at 4:19 p.m.
PUBLIC COMMENTS- CLOSED SESSION
There were no public comments.
CLOSED SESSION
1. The City Council will meet in closed session pursuant to the provisions of Government Code section 54957(b) regarding Public Employee Performance Evaluation.
Title: Interim City Manager.
2. The City Council will meet in closed session to hold a conference with its Labor Negotiator regarding Unrepresented Employee pursuant to Government Code 54957.6.
Agency representative: Mayor Ashlee DePhillippo
Unrepresented employee: Interim City Manager
RECONVENE INTO OPEN SESSION
The City Council reconvened into open session at 8:47 p.m. with all members present except for Councilmember Nigg.
ANNOUNCEMENTS
The City Council provided direction and reached an agreement with the Interim City Manager for a permanent employment agreement which will be on a regular meeting City Council agenda on September 26, 2025 at 4pm.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, Mayor DePhillippo adjourned the City Council meeting at 8:48 p.m. to an adjourned regular meeting on September 26, 2025 at 4:00 p.m.
