CLOSED SESSION
CLOSED SESSION
The City Council will meet in closed session pursuant to the provisions of Government Code section 54957(b) regarding Public Employee Performance Evaluation.
Title: Interim City Manager.
The City Council will meet in closed session to hold a conference with its Labor Negotiator regarding Unrepresented Employee pursuant to Government Code 54957.6.
Agency representative: Mayor Ashlee DePhillippo
Unrepresented employee: Interim City Manager
RECONVENE INTO OPEN SESSION
The City Council reconvened into open session at 5:01 p.m. with all members present.
ANNOUNCEMENTS
City Attorney Jex stated that there are no reportable actions for the first two items on the closed session agenda. In regard to the last item, the City Council voted 5-0 to appoint Chris Mann as the Wildomar City Manager, subject to the approval of the employment agreement that is on the General Business item following the closed session.

There being no further business, Mayor DePhillippo adjourned the Adjourned Regular Closed Session at 5:02 p.m.

City Manager Employment Contract and Update to Salary Schedule - Chris Mann City Attorney Jex presented the staff report.
Moved by Dustin Nigg; seconded by Carlos Marquez to
1. Approve the Employment Agreement for the position of City Manager with Chris Mann as amended in Section 12 to read " The City shall pay 100% of the premium for employee plus family for the CALPERS PPO Gold or equivalent amount towards another city-sponsored health plan, dental, and vision care for City Manager and dependents" ; and
2. Adopt a Resolution entitled:
RESOLUTION NO. 2025 - 51
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WILDOMAR, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING CHRIS MANN AS CITY MANAGER AND UPDATING THE SALARY SCHEDULE Motion Approved: 4 - 1
Voting For: Ashlee DePhillippo, Carlos Marquez, Bridgette Moore, Dustin Nigg Voting Against: Joseph Morabito
