CALL TO ORDER - WORKSHOP
Mayor Marquez called the Special Meeting - Workshop - to order at 3:04 p.m.

Members in attendance:
Carlos Marquez, Dustin Nigg, Ashlee DePhillippo, Bridgette Moore, and Joseph Morabito Members absent:
None.
Mayor Pro Tem Nigg arrived at 4:20 p.m.
Staff in attendance: City Manager Mann, City Attorney Jex, City Clerk Morales Garcia, Community Development Director Flores, Public Works Director/ City Engineer Farag, Human Resources and Risk Manager Wolf, Building Official Burns, Code Enforcement Manager Berroteran and Code Enforcement Supervisor Parker. 1)
WORKSHOP
1.1) Wildomar Code Enforcement Division Study Session
Community Development Director Flores and Code Enforcement Manager Berroteran presented the staff report.
Don Saunders, resident, provided public comment.
It was the consensus of the City Council to receive the presentation and direct staff to:
1. Prioritize and be proactive on code enforcement within the City’s major corridors.
2. Prioritize any life and safety code violations.
3. Address code enforcement issues brought forward by the community.
4. Draft an ordinance that addresses RV parking, driveways, and approaches.
1.2) Sidewalk Ordinance Study Session
Human Resources and Risk Manager Wolf and CIRA Risk Control Advisor Benzing presented the staff report.
Don Saunders, resident, provided public comment.
It was the consensus of the City Council to receive the presentation and direct staff to bring back an Ordinance with a program at a future date.
ADJOURN THE MEETING
The Mayor adjourned the meeting at 5:22 p.m.
