Findings to Support Local Amendments to the
2025 Edition of the California Building Standards Code and Related Codes Pursuant to California Health & Safety Code sections 17958.5, 17958.7, and 18941.5, this Exhibit A to Ordinance No 274-25 of the City of Williams sets forth the City Council’s express findings and determinations justifying the City’s local amendments to the 2025 Edition of the California Building Standards Code as reasonably necessary because of local climatic, geologic, and/or topographic conditions.
