■ Councilmember Strong - Economic Development and Financing Corporation (EDFC) is wrapping up the investment made in Mendocino Wool Company, there were also a couple of fairly large loans that were approved. EDFC's Loan Portfolio is going like gangbusters and EDFC is really proud of how many jobs they are retaining and creating by giving out these loans. The General Manager who is also the Loan Officer is very successful at vetting these loans and getting good compliance. Councilmember Strong believes they are at .6% at risk, the businesses are paying back their loans and they are all thriving.
