The City Council agreed to form this Ad Hoc Committee at their August 24th meeting to further examine the factors associated with the proposal to add Chapter 8.26 to the Willits municipal Code. Chapter 8.26 would repeal Chapter 8.24 by updating the provisions related to the licensing of tobacco retailers.
