Mayor Rodriguez called a special meeting of the City Council to order at 6:00 p.m., in Council Chambers.
Roll Call: Councilmembers Larry Stranske, Greta Kanne, Vice Mayor Gerardo Gonzalez and Mayor Saprina Rodriguez were present.
Also present were staff members Brian Bender, City Manager, and Patrick Clark, Partrick Clark Consulting.
