WEDNESDAY, JUNE 25, 2025
Mayor Allman called a Special Meeting of the Willits City Council to order at 6:00 p.m. in Council Chambers.
Roll Call: Councilmembers Gerardo Gonzalez, Larry Stranske, Bruce Burton, Matthew Alaniz and Mayor Tom Allman were present.
Also present were staft members: Rod Wilburn, Interim City Manager; Jim Lance, City Attorney, Davey Bowels; Building Official, and Delores Pedersen, City Clerk.
2. DEPARTMENT RECOMMENDATIONS (ACTION ITEMS)
a. Conference with Legal Counsel - existing litigation (CA Govt. Code §54956.9 (d) (1)); in the matter of Craig Anthony Gelber vs City of Willits, et al, Case No. 3- 23-cv-00681-JSC, United States District Court for the Northern California District.
Public Comment: None presented
City Council Adjourned to Closed Session at 6:01 pm.
3. ADJOURNMENT
The City Council reconvened too open session at 6:18 pm, and directions was given to Legal Counsel.
Mayor Allman declared the meeting adjourned at 6:20 p.m.
