MINUTES
WEDNESDAY NOVEMBER 12, 2025
Mayor Allman called a regular meeting of the City Council to order at 5:45 p.m., in Council Chambers.
Roll Call: Councilmembers Larry Stranske, Bruce Burton, Gerry Gonzalez, Vice Mayor Matthew Alaniz and Mayor Tom Allman were present.
Also present were staff members: Rodney Wilburn, Interim City Manager; Bob Richardson, Incoming Interim City Manager (Virtual Attendance), Patrick Clark, Labor Negotiator (Virtual Attendance); Deborah Muchmore, HR Consultant; and Delores Pedersen, City Clerk.
2. CLOSED SESSION NOTICE
a. Conference regarding Labor Negotiation Pursuant to Government Code §54957.6 - Agency Negotiator Interim City Manager Wilburn and Patrick Clark Consulting. Employee Organizations): International Brotherhood of Electrical Worker (IBEW), Willits Police Officers Association (WPOA) and Employee Organizations; Management Team and Unrepresented Employees.
Public Comment: None.
Adjournment
The City Council reconvened to open session at 6:14 pm, reporting direction was given to staff.
Mayor Allman declared the meeting adjourned at 6:15 p.m.
