TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 17, 2026
Vice Mayor Alaniz called a regular meeting of the City Council to order at 6:00 p.m., in Council Chambers.
Roll Call: Councilmembers Larry Stranske, Gerardo Gonzalez, Bruce Burton, and Vice Mayor Matthew Alaniz were present.
Also present were staff members: Bob Richardson, Interim City Manager; Walter Kolon, Services and Facilities Director; and Delores Pedersen, City Clerk.

a. Conference regarding Labor Negotiation Pursuant to Government Code §54957.6 - Agency Negotiator Interim City Manager Richardson. The City Council reconvened to open session at 7:09 pm, and reported direction was given to staff.
