Mayor Allman called a regular meeting of the City Council to order at 6:30 p.m. in Council Chambers. The meeting was preceded by the Pledge to the flag.
Roll Call: Councilmembers Gerardo Gonzalez, Larry Stranske, Bruce Burton, Vice Mayor Matthew Alaniz, and Mayor Tom Allman_ were present.
Also present were staff members: Dusty Duley, Interim City Manager/Community and Economic Development Director; Jim Lance, City Attorney; Davey Bowles, Public Works Director/Building Official; Connor Stack, City Planner; Brian Fay, Police Chief; Joseph Park, Administrative Services Manager; and Delores Pedersen, City Clerk.

Item 9a was moved to be heard earlier in the meeting.
a. Resolution Establishing an AD-HOC Committee to Review Downtown Main Street Roadway Striping, Parking, and Circulation Configurations.
Moved by Burton/Seconded by Gonzalez and did not pass with a 4/1 vote, with Council Member Gonzalez, Stranske, Alaniz, and Allman dissenting to adopt.

i. May 13, 2026 - Regular Meeting.
Councilmember Alaniz pointed out that the minutes reflect that item 5b had passed when, in fact, Council voted not to pass it. City Clerk Pedersen will correct.
Moved by Alaniz/Seconded by Stranske and carried unanimously to approve Consent Calendar item (a) as amended.
