This Special Meeting is being hosted in coordination with Glenn County Supervisor Jim Yoder and Mayor Evan Hutson to provide factual information regarding Stability Solutions LLC and its licensed Transitional Housing Program operating in Willows. The City of Willows does not regulate, license, or oversee this program.
Regulatory authority rests with the appropriate State and/or County agencies.

Members of the public may address the City Council on the item listed on this Special Meeting Agenda. Comments may be limited to three (3) minutes per speaker at the discretion of the Mayor.
Pursuant to the Brown Act, no other business will be considered at this meeting.
4. TOWNHALL PRESENTATION – INFORMATIONAL ITEM ONLY
a. Presentation by Stability Solutions LLC on its licensed Transitional Housing Program operating in Willows. The meeting will include:
• An overview of the STPHH Transitional Housing Program • Information on Community Supports and Enhanced Care Management services • Review of eligibility criteria, structured supervision, and operational safeguards • A structured presentation followed by a moderated question-and-answer session No action will be taken by the City Council at this Special Meeting.
