Motion to authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with Maloney Consulting and Investigation Solutions (“Maloney Consulting”) in the not-to-exceed amount of $60,000 for Law Enforcement related administrative consulting to assist the City of Willows with short-term law enforcement solutions, as well as assist with developing the required administrative foundation to re-establish a municipal police department in the longer term.
