IMPORTANT:
Given public health concerns related to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and in response to the recent resurgence of coronavirus cases in the County, and the potential community spread of the virus resulting from prolonged indoor gatherings, the Town has suspended conducting in-person public meetings in order to minimize the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
Pursuant to Government Code section 54953 and consistent with the provisions of Assembly Bill 361, Town Council will be participating in the meeting via teleconference.
If you would like to provide public comment, we encourage you to submit them via email to the Council by 12:00 p.m., on the day of the meeting:

The public is advised that pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.5 all writings and supplemental materials submitted to the Town Council are public records and will be made available for public review, unless otherwise exempt from disclosure, on the Town’s website at www.townofwindsor.com

As part of the redistricting hearing process, Spanish translation will be made available by request. Notification of at least 48 hours prior to the meeting will assist Town staff in assuring that reasonable accommodations are made.
