IMPORTANT:
The meeting was held via Zoom, consistent with the provisions of Assembly Bill 361, which amended the Brown Act.
1. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Salmon called to order a Special Closed Session meeting of the Town Council, the Windsor Redevelopment Successor Agency (Agency) and the Board of Directors of the Town of Windsor Water District (District) at 6:06 p.m.
2. COUNCIL ROLL CALL
Present at roll call, via teleconference, were Councilmembers Fudge, Reynoza, Vice Mayor Lemus and Mayor Salmon.
Interim Town Manager Linder and Town Attorney Mog were also present via teleconference.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Interim Town Manager Linder led the Pledge of Allegiance.
4. PUBLIC COMMENT - None.
5. ANNOUNCEMENT OF CLOSED SESSION TOPIC/ ADJOURNMENT TO CLOSED
SESSION
Mayor Salmon announced the following closed session item:
5.1 CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS
(Government Code Section 54957.6)
Town Negotiator: Mark Linder, Interim Town Manager
Employee Organizations and Unrepresented Employees:
a. Town of Windsor Employees' Association - Teamsters Local Union No. 856 b. Town of Windsor Professional and Supervisory Group (PAS) c. Town of Windsor Management Employees Group (MEG)
Town of Windsor Unrepresented Executive Management Group
6. REPORT OUT OF CLOSED SESSION
Due to the Closed Session being held by teleconference, Mayor Salmon will announce Special Joint Windsor Town Council, Windsor Redevelopment Successor Agency, and Windsor Water District Minutes - Tuesday, March 29, 2022
whether there was a report out of closed session at the next regular meeting.
7. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Salmon adjourned the meeting at 6:12 p.m., and the Closed Session ended at 7:58 p.m. The next regular meeting of the Town Council scheduled for April 6, 2022, at 6:00 p.m., in the Civic Center Council Chambers located at 9291 Old Redwood Highway, Building 400 in Windsor.
