IMPORTANT:
Pursuant to Government Code section 54953 and consistent with the provisions of Assembly Bill 361, Town Council participated in the meeting via teleconference.
CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Salmon called to order a special closed session meeting of the Town Council (Council), the Windsor Redevelopment Successor Agency (Agency) and the Board of Directors of the Town of Windsor Water District (District) at 6:02 p.m.
COUNCIL ROLL CALL
Present at roll call, via teleconference, were Councilmembers Fudge, Reynoza, Wall, Vice Mayor Lemus and Mayor Salmon.
Of Counsel Grutzmacher was also present via teleconference.
PUBLIC COMMENT
None.
4. ANNOUNCEMENT OF CLOSED SESSION TOPIC/ ADJOURNMENT TO
CLOSED SESSION
Mayor Salmon announced the following closed session topic.
4.1 CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATIONS
(Government Code Section 54957.6)
Town Negotiator: Mark Linder, Interim Town Manager
Employee Organizations and Unrepresented Employees:
a. Town of Windsor Employees' Association - Teamsters Local Union No. 856 b. Town of Windsor Professional and Supervisory Group (PAS) c. Town of Windsor Management Employees Group (MEG)
d. Town of Windsor Unrepresented Executive Management Group
REPORT OUT OF CLOSED SESSION
Due to the Closed Session being held via teleconference, Mayor Salmon will announce whether there was a report out of closed session at the next regular meeting.

6. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Salmon adjourned the meeting at 6:04 p.m., to the Closed Session which adjourned at 8:40 p.m. The next regular meeting of the Town Council scheduled for June 1, 2022, at 6:00 p.m., in the Civic Center Council Chambers located at 9291 Old Redwood Highway, Building 400 in Windsor.
