CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Salmon called to order a special closed meeting of the Town Council (Council), the Windsor Redevelopment Successor Agency (Agency) and the Board of Directors of the Town of Windsor Water District (District) at 8:35 a.m.
2. COUNCIL ROLL CALL
Present at roll call were Councilmembers Fudge, Reynoza, Wall, Vice Mayor Lemus, and Mayor Salmon.
PUBLIC COMMENT
None.
ANNOUNCEMENT OF CLOSED SESSION TOPIC/ ADJOURNMENT TO CLOSED
SESSION
Mayor Salmon announced the following closed session topic:
4.1 PUBLIC EMPLOYEE APPOINTMENT
Title: Town Manager
Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957(b)(1).
5. REPORT OUT OF CLOSED SESSION
The Closed Session adjourned at 2:58 p.m. There was no action taken during the Closed Session.
6. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Salmon adjourned the meeting at 2:58 p.m., to the next regular meeting of the Town Council scheduled for June 15, 2022, at 6:00 p.m., in the Civic Center Council Chambers located at 9291 Old Redwood Highway, Building 400 in Windsor.
