Present at roll call, via teleconference, were Councilmembers Fudge, Reynoza, Wall, Vice Mayor Lemus and Mayor Salmon.
Interim Town Manager Linder was also present via teleconference.

None.
4. ANNOUNCEMENT OF CLOSED SESSION TOPICI ADJOURNMENT TO CLOSED
SESSION
Mayor Salmon announced the following closed session topic:
4.1 PUBLIC EMPLOYEE APPOINTMENT

Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957(b)(1).
5. REPORT OUT OF CLOSED SESSION
Due to the Closed Session being held via teleconference, Mayor Salmon will report out of closed session at the next regular meeting scheduled for 6:00 p.m., on June 15, 2022.
6. ADJOURNMENT
