CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Salmon called to order a special closed meeting of the Town Council (Council), the Windsor Redevelopment Successor Agency (Agency) and the Board of Directors of the Town of Windsor Water District (District) at 5:02 p.m.
2. COUNCIL ROLL CALL
Present at roll call were Councilmembers Reynoza, Wall and Mayor Salmon.
Councilmember Fudge and Vice Mayor Lemus were present via teleconference.
Interim Town Manager Linder and Town Attorney Sanchez were also present via teleconference.
PUBLIC COMMENT
None.
4. ANNOUNCEMENT OF CLOSED SESSION TOPIC/ ADJOURNMENT TO CLOSED
SESSION
Mayor Salmon announced the following closed session topic:
4.1 PUBLIC EMPLOYEE APPOINTMENT
Title: Town Manager
Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957(b)(1).
4.2 PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT
Title: Town Manager
Designated Town Negotiator: Mark Linder, Interim Town Manager Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6.
REPORT OUT OF CLOSED SESSION
Mayor Salmon reported out of closed session at the next regular meeting scheduled for 6:00 p.m., on June 15, 2022.
6. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Salmon adjourned the meeting at 5:56 p.m., to the next regular meeting of the Town Council scheduled for June 15, 2022, at 6:00 p.m., in the Civic Center Council Chambers located at 9291 Old Redwood Highway, Building 400 in Windsor.
