Teleconference Meeting - via Zoom
CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Reynoza called to order a special meeting of the Town Council (Council), the Windsor Redevelopment Successor Agency (Agency), and the Board of Directors of the Town of Windsor Water District (District) at 5:03 p.m.
COUNCIL ROLL CALL
Present at roll call, via Zoom, were Councilmembers Fudge, Wall, Vice Mayor Salmon, and Mayor Reynoza. Councilmember Potter was absent.
Town Attorney Sanchez and Town Manager Davis were also present on Zoom.
PUBLIC COMMENT
The following member(s) of the public spoke regarding the special meeting item:

ADOPT A RESOLUTION RATIFYING THE TOWN MANAGER/DIRECTOR OF
EMERGENCY SERVICES PROCLAMATION DECLARING THE EXISTENCE OF
A LOCAL EMERGENCY RELATED TO SEVERE WINTER STORMS
Town Manager Davis reported on the item.
Mayor Reynoza re-opened the public comment period. No additional comments were forthcoming.
Council and staff discussion ensued.
Councilmember Fudge moved to adopt Resolution No. 3813-23 ratifying the Town Manager/Director of Emergency Services Proclamation declaring the existence of a local systemsey parting Calfo i ayere inters Vice ands alison atmonded the motion.
The motion passed by the following roll call vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS FUDGE, WALL,
VICE MAYOR SALMON AND MAYOR REYNOZA
NOES:
ABSTAIN: NONE
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBER POTTER

ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Reynoza adjourned the meeting at 5:15 p.m., to the next meeting of the Town Council which is scheduled as a special meeting on January 17, 2023. The regular meeting scheduled for January 18, 2023, has been cancelled. The next regular meeting of the Town Council is scheduled for February 1, 2023, at 6:00 p.m., in the Civic Center Council Chambers located at 9291 Old Redwood Highway, Building 400 in Windsor:
