CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Reynoza called to order a special meeting of the Town Council (Council), the Windsor Redevelopment Successor Agency (Agency), and the Board of Directors of the Town of Windsor Water District (District) at 9:10 a.m.

Present at roll call were Councilmembers Fudge, Potter, Wall, Vice Mayor Salmon, and Mayor Reynoza.

None.

None.
PUBLIC COMMENT
None.
WINDSOR STRATEGIC PLAN
Nancy Hetrick and Michelle New with Baker Tilly, US, LLP led the workshop.
Councilmembers reviewed input obtained through engagement activities presented by Ms. Hetrick and Ms. New. They had the opportunity to discuss current mission, vision, values, multi-year goals, strengths of the Town, challenges, potential opportunities, and proposed strategies.
Members of the public provided input and asked questions of the consultants as the Council worked through the informational material presented.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Reynoza adjourned the meeting at 2:00 p.m. The next meeting of the Town Council is a regular meeting scheduled for March 1, 2023, at 6:00 p.m., in the Civi 'enter Council Chambers located at 9291 Old Redwood Highway, Building 400 il Windsor.
