CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Reynoza called to order a special meeting of the Town Council (Council), the Windsor Redevelopment Successor Agency (Agency), the Board of Directors of the Town of Windsor Water District (District) and the Windsor Unified School District Board of Trustees at 6:02 p.m.
DISTRICT BOARD OF TRUSTEES ROLL CALL (Superintendent Decker) Present at roll call were Vice President Lopez, Trustees Cogorno and Carnation.
Board President Adams and Trustee Ahmad were absent.
TOWN COUNCIL ROLL CALL (Senior Administrative Assistant Ford) Present at roll call were Councilmembers Fudge, Vice Mayor Salmon and Mayor Reynoza.
Councilmembers Potter and Wall were absent.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Superintendent Decker led the Pledge of Allegiance.
CHANGES TO THE AGENDA
None.
6. CONFLICT OF INTEREST DECLARATION
None.
7. PUBLIC COMMENT
Julian Cohen expressed the importance of forming community interconnectedness initiated within the schools.

10. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Reynoza adjourned the meeting at 7:54 p.m., to the next regular meeting of the Town Council scheduled for July 19, 2023, at 6:00 p.m., in the Civic Center Council Chambers located at 9291 Old Redwood Highway, Building 400 in Windsor, as the July 5, 2023 regular meeting is canceled.
Vice President Lopez adjourned the meeting at 7:54 p.m., to the next regular meeting of the Windsor Unified School District Board of Trustees scheduled for June 29, 2023, at 6:00 p.m., in the Civic Center Council Chambers located at 9291 Old Redwood Highway, Building 400 in Windsor.
