CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Reynoza called to order a special closed session meeting of the Town Council (Council), Windsor Redevelopment Successor Agency (Agency), and Windsor Water District (District) at 5:07 p.m.
COUNCIL ROLL CALL
Present at roll call were Councilmember Fudge, Vice Mayor Salmon, and Mayor Reynoza.
Councilmember Wall was also present on Zoom. Councilmember Potter was absent.
PUBLIC COMMENT
None.
ANNOUNCEMENT OF CLOSED SESSION TOPIC/ ADJOURNMENT TO CLOSED
SESSION
Mayor Reynoza announced the Closed Session at 5:09 p.m. and read all titles of items being considered.
4.1 EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION

Clerk's Note: Councilmember Potter arrived at 5:30 p.m.
REPORT OUT OF CLOSED SESSION
Mayor Reynoza reported during today's closed session, the Council conducted the Town Manager's performance evaluation. The Council highly values Town Manager Davis and unanimously concluded that he is doing a great job.
Mayor Reynoza will re-report the reportable action of the closed session at the next regularly scheduled Council meeting.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Reynoza adjourned the meeting at 7:19 p.m., to the next regular meeting of the Town Council scheduled for October 4, 2023, at 6:00 p.m., in the Civic Center Council Chambers ocated at 9291 Old Redwood Highway, Building 400 in Windsor vene Camacho-Werby, MMC
