CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Reynoza called to order a meeting of the Town Council (Council), the Windsor Redevelopment Successor Agency (Agency) and the Board of Directors of the Town of Windsor Water District (District) at 5:00 p.m.
2. COUNCIL ROLL CALL
Present at roll call were Councilmembers Fudge, Salmon, Vice Mayor Potter, and Mayor Reynoza.
Councilmember Wall participated remotely via teleconference per the Brown Act.

ANNOUNCEMENT OF CLOSED SESSION TOPIC(S)/ADJOURNMENT TO
CLOSED SESSION
Mayor Reynoza announced the following Closed Session topic at 5:01p.m.
Special Joint Windsor Town Council, Windsor Redevelopment Successor Agency and Windsor Water District Minutes Wednesday, September 18, 2024 - 5:00 PM
4.1 CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - ANTICIPATED LITIGATION Significant exposure to litigation pursuant to California Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(2) (one potential case):
Tentative Subdivision Map for 259 and 325 Arata Lane development (Quail Acres Project) - School District's request for school site dedication as condition of approval.
5. REPORT OUT OF CLOSED SESSION
Mayor Reynoza reported out of Closed Session at 5:56 p.m. and stated no reportable action was taken.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Reynoza adjourned the meeting at 5:56 p.m.
The next regular meeting of the Town Council was scheduled at 6:00 p.m., on September 18, 2024, or immediately following this special closed session meeting, in the Civic Center Council Chambers located at 9291 Old Redwood Highway, Building 400 in Windsor.
