CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Reynoza called to order a special closed session meeting of the Town Council (Council), the Windsor Redevelopment Successor Agency (Agency) and the Board of Directors of the Town of Windsor Water District (District) at 5:00 p.m.
2. TOWN COUNCIL ROLL CALL
Present at Roll Call were Councilmembers Leep, Wall, Vice Mayor Potter, and Mayor Reynoza.
Councilmember Salmon arrived at 5:04 p.m.
3. PUBLIC COMMENT
None.
4. ANNOUNCEMENT OF CLOSED SESSION TOPIC/ ADJOURNMENT TO CLOSED
SESSION
Mayor Reynoza announced the following closed session item:
4.1 CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - EXISTING
LITIGATION/ANTICIPATED LITIGATION
(Pursuant to Section 54956.9(d)(1) and (d)(2) of the Government Code) Evergreen Windsor MGP LLC v. Town of Windsor
United States District Court - Northern District (Case No.:3:2025-cv-09088)
REPORT OUT OF CLOSED SESSION
Mayor Reynoza reported out of the closed session at 6:00 p.m. and stated there was no reportable action taken.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Reynoza adjourned the meeting at 6:00 p.m., to the next regular meeting of the Town Council scheduled for November 5, 2025, at 6:00 p.m., in the Civic Center Council Chambers located at 9291 Old Redwood Highway, Building 400 in Windsor.
