1. SUBJECT: Youth Action Plan
RECOMMENDATION FOR ACTION: Staff recommends that the City Council conduct a special joint meeting with the Woodland Joint Unified School District Board of Trustees to receive a presentation and approve the Youth Action Plan.

I declare under penalty of perjury that the foregoing Agenda for the Joint Special City Council/WJUSD Board of Trustees Meeting of the City of Woodland scheduled for Thursday, April 20, 2023 was posted on Friday, April 14, 2023 in the outside display case at City Hall, 300 First Street, Woodland, CA, and was available to the public during normal business hours.
