JOINT SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL/WJUSD BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEETING
A. CALL TO ORDER
Meeting called to order at 5:30 PM.

Present: Members Garcia-Cadena, Lansburgh, Stallard and Mayor Vicky Fernandez
Absent: Member Vega
C. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Pledge of Allegiance led by Community Services Director Christine Engel.
D. COMMUNICATIONS - PUBLIC COMMENT
None
E. REPORTS OF THE CITY MANAGER
1. SUBJECT: Youth Action Plan
RECOMMENDATION FOR ACTION: Staff recommends that the City Council conduct a special joint meeting with the Woodland Joint Unified School District Board of Trustees to receive a presentation and approve the Youth Action Plan.
Conducted a special joint meeting with the Woodland Joint Unified School District Board of Trustees received a presentation and approved the Plan with the amended title "Woodland Community Call to Action - Our United Aspiration for Youth".
On a motion by Mayor Vicky Fernandez, seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Garcia-Cadena and carried on a 4-0 vote, Council Members approved the Youth Action Plan.
AYES: Members Garcia-Cadena, Lansburgh, Stallard and Member Vicky Fernandez NOES: None
ABSENT: Member Vega
