1. Review and approval or denial of a Resolution approving an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) that was prepared for the Cycle 6 Housing Element update pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). The EIR was circulated for a 45- day public review period between May 4, 2024, and June 17, 2024 (State Clearing House Number 202305049). All public comments received have responses in the Final EIR.
