CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Wall called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.
ROLL CALL
Present: Councilmembers Brown, Dombkowski, Fluet, Goeld, and Mayor Wall
Absent: Councilmember Shaw
COMMUNICATIONS
Susann Bradford, with Green Fire Law, spoke on behalf of Neighbors to Protect Open Space for the Preservation of Natural Resources in Woodside and the letter that was submitted requesting Council consider a Tolling Agreement regarding the Housing Element approvals. 6:30 PM CLOSED SESSION
Public Employment Performance Evaluation: Town Manager (Government Code Section 54957) Conference with Legal Counsel: One Case Anticipated Litigation (Government Code Section 54956.9 (d)(2))
The Council adjourned to the Town Hall Conference Room for the closed session discussions at 6:36 p.m.
REPORT FROM CLOSED SESSION
The Council reconvened in Independence Hall at 7:02 p.m.
Mayor Wall reported out from the closed session that the Council voted 4-0-1, with Councilmember Goeld abstaining, not to approve a Tolling Agreement.

Mayor Wall adjourned the meeting at 7:02 p.m.
