CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Wall called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.

Present: Councilmembers Brown, Dombkowski, Fluet, Goeld, Shaw, and Mayor Wall Staff Present:

Congresswoman Anna Eschoo thanked Council for their service.
CONSENT CALENDAR
1: Approval of Minutes: Regular Meetings of May 28, June 11, and June 25, 2024; and Special Meetings of May 28 and October 22, 2024.
Councilmember Fluet moved approval of the Consent Calendar Item 1.
Motion seconded by Councilmember Brown and approved by roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Brown, Dombkowski, Fluet, Goeld, Shaw, and Mayor Wall NOES: None
NEW BUSINESS
A. Resolution Declaring Results of Consolidated Municipal Election, November 5, 2024.

Mr. Bryant presented the staff report.
Council congratulated the winners of these elections.
The Public Comment Period opened and closed at 5:40 pm.
Councilmember Fluet moved approval of Item A.

Administration of Oaths of Office to Councilmembers-elect Hassan Aburish, Paul Goeld, and Jennifer Wall.
REORGANIZATION OF TOWN COUNCIL
Election of Mayor and Mayor Pro Tem
Councilmember Wall moved to elect Councilmember Dombkowski as Mayor.
Motion seconded by Councilmember Brown and approved by roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Aburish, Brown, Dombkowski, Goeld, and Wall NOES: None
Councilmember Dombkowski moved to vote Councilmember Goeld as Mayor Pro Tem.
Motion seconded by Councilmember Brown and approved by roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Aburish, Brown, Goeld, Wall, and Mayor Dombkowski NOES: None
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
Recognition of Chris Shaw and Ned Fluet for Their Service as a Member of the Town Council Wendy Wall, Representing Assemblymember Berman's and Senator Becker's offices, presented resolutions to Chris Shaw and Ned Fluet.
Mayor Dombkowski presented proclamations for Chris Shaw and Ned Fluet.
Mayor Dombkowski presented a commendation for Jennifer Wall in recognition of her service as Mayor of the Town of Woodside.
