Present: Councilmembers Aburish, Brown, Wall, and Mayor Dombkowski Recused: Councilmember Goeld

COMMUNICATIONS
Paul Goeld, Cinnabar Road, stated: his confusion as to where this topic originated from, why the discussion will be held behind closed doors, and why the Town is considering this; Chris Shaw wants this; the State will force the Town to build on the parcel; It is going to be a bargained price; a suggestion to first determine whether the Town should purchase any land.
Dave Burow, Sheridan Way, expressed his surprise, and stated: there is no pressure from Sacramento to do this; this process is testing the trust residents have with the Town.
Tom Johnson, Jefferson Avenue, stated: this is happening too quickly; the process is very confusing and unnerving considering the cost of something of this scale; a suggestion to terminate this and not to go forward without more discussion involving the community. 6:30 PM CLOSED SESSION
