CALL TO ORDER
The City Council, Planning, Parks & Recreation, Traffic, and Library Commissions convened the meeting at 5:33 p.m. in the Council Chambers at 4845 Casa Loma Avenue, Yorba Linda.

CITY COUNCIL WORKSHOP WITH COMMISSIONS

Mayor Gene Hernandez welcomed new Commissioners, congratulated Commissioners that were re-appointed, and thanked those in attendance. He reviewed the City Council Policy C-15, Commission Appointments, the Roles of Commissioners, Expectations of Commissioners, Commissioner Requirements, Meetings & Agendas and discussed other business items for Commissioners.
Deputy City Attorney Joseph Larsen covered legal matters, including: the City's Ethics Ordinance, Code of Conduct for Elected and Appointed Officials, Whistleblower Protection and Email and Social Media use.
Council responded to questions and comments from the Commissioners and thanked all of the Commissioners for their willingness and dedication to serve.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Hernandez adjourned the meeting at 6:56 p.m. to the next City Council/Successor Agency to the Yorba Linda Redevelopment Agency Joint meeting on March 7, 2023.
