The City Council/Successor Agency to the Yorba Linda Redevelopment Agency convened at 4:31 p.m. in the Council Chambers at 4845 Casa Loma Avenue.

The City Council interviewed the following applicants for the Traffic Commission vacancy: Debra Oresko and Gerardo De Santos. Mayor Hernandez thanked the applicants for their participation and willingness to serve the community. A conversation ensued regarding the two candidates, their qualifications and who would serve the remainder of the term created by the resignation of Dennis Equitz. Mayor Hernandez asked his fellow colleagues to announce their top candidate.
Councilman Rodriguez selected the following applicant: Mr. De Santos Mayor Pro Tem Tara Campbell selected the following applicant: Mr. De Santos Councilwoman Janice Lim selected the following applicant: Mr. De Santos Mayor Hernandez selected the following applicant: Mr. De Santos Mayor Hernandez thanked Ms. Oresko for her time and urged her to consider future commission opportunities.
