Council Special Meeting - February 24, 2025
CALL TO ORDER
The City Council, Planning, Parks & Recreation, Traffic, and Library Commissions convened the meeting at 6:04 p.m. in the Council Chambers at 4845 Casa Loma Avenue, Yorba Linda.

CITY COUNCIL WORKSHOP WITH COMMISSIONS
Mayor Janice Lim welcomed new Commissioners, congratulated Commissioners that were re-appointed, and thanked all the Commissioners who continue to serve our community. She reviewed City Council Policy C-15, Commission Appointments, the Roles and Expectations of Commissioners, Commissioner Requirements, Meetings & Agendas and discussed other related Commissioner business.
City Attorney Todd Litfin covered legal matters, including the City's Ethics Ordinance, Code of Conduct for Elected and Appointed Officials, Whistleblower Protection, City Council C-16 and Email, Text and Social Media use.
Council thanked all of the Commissioners for their willingness to serve and encouraged them to get out in the community, visit sites, speak to residents and continue to be the ambassadors of the City. Council responded to questions and comments from the Commissioners and thanked all of them once again for their hard work and dedication to serve.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Lim adjourned the meeting at 7:07 p.m. to the next City Council/Successor Agency to the Yorba Linda Redevelopment Agency Joint meeting on March 4, 2025.
