Mayor John Dunbar called the meeting to order at approximately 1:00 p.m.

Present: 5 Mayor John F. Dunbar, Vice Mayor Marita Dorenbecher, Council Member Margie Mohler, Council Member Eric Knight, Council Member Joe Tagliaboschi
Absent: None
3. ADOPTION OF AGENDA
A motion was made by Council Member Mohler, seconded by Council Member Tagliaboschi to Adopt the Agenda. The motion carried by the following roll call vote:
AYES: 5; Mayor Dunbar, Vice Mayor Dorenbecher, Council Member Mohler, Council Member Knight, Council Member Tagliaboschi

5. APPLICANT INTERVIEWS
A. Applicant interviews for Napa County Active Transportation Advisory Committee (ATAC) Yountville Representative and Zoning and Design Review Board (ZDRB).
The Town Council interviewed the following applicants:
Napa County Active Transportation Advisory Committee – John Cant and Majel Arnold. Shara Applicant Christensen was unable to participate in the interviews due to a previously scheduled trip.
Zoning & Design Review Board – Jeri Hansen, Michael Zagorsek, and Kimberly Cook. Applicant Eric Graham was unable to participate in the interviews due to technology issues with his computer.
6. ADJOURNMENT
Adjourned to the Town Council Special Meeting Thursday, July 14, 2022. being held by remote teleconference.
